🏡 General Regulations for Your Stay

Welcome to Cozy Escapes — we’re so glad you’re here! To ensure a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow these house rules:

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: From 3:00 PM

• Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
  Please inform us in advance for early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability).

🔇 Quiet Hours

• From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please respect quiet hours to maintain a restful environment for all guests.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms or common areas. Designated outdoor smoking spots are available.

🧼 Cleanliness

• Please help us maintain a clean and cozy space. Dispose of trash properly and avoid eating in bed to prevent spills.

• Towels and linens are changed every 3 days for multi-night stays. Extra cleaning upon request.

🛏️ Room Use

• Rooms are for registered guests only. Please do not invite unregistered visitors into guest rooms.

• Kindly avoid rearranging furniture or using room fixtures for unintended purposes.

🔒 Security

• Please lock doors and windows when you leave.

• We are not liable for lost or unattended personal belongings.

🐾 Pets

• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this time to ensure the comfort of all guests (unless otherwise approved).

🍳 Use of Kitchen/Common Areas

• If common areas (e.g., shared kitchen, lounge) are available, kindly clean up after use and leave things as you found them.

💳 Damages & Lost Keys

• Any significant damage or lost items (including keys) may be subject to a replacement fee.
